Cafferty on checks and balances

I'm no longer much of a fan of CNN, but I do like Jack Cafferty - he usually is pretty cranky and very anti-Bush. (Boy, like THAT'S hard to listen to.)

This is a pretty good Cafferty screed about checks and balances. It's just a bit old, but certainly still relevant.
