SC to Bush Administration: Do your job & combat global warming
Okay, that's not exactly what the Supreme Court said yesterday in its 5-4 decision on global warming, but this signifies a major defeat for the Bush Administration.
Of course, as Olbermann correctly points out, this decision places no obligation on Bush's EPA to regulate greenhouse gases, but at least it doesn't give Bush the cover of a court case as an excuse to continue what he's been doing for 6+ years on global warming: nothing.
Somewhere, Christine Todd Whitman is laughing.
I'll have more on this later tonight.
